Dale came up today in the truck & we went up to see Shirley but she wasn’t home, so we came to see Grandma & Grandpa & stayed most all afternoon. I washed my hair this morn & now it’s real soft & pretty. Bye now.

Sounds like a good enough way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Eight days, and she still likes her hair after her new haircut.
